Do Something Adventurous for The Martlets

On Wednesday 19 June, The Martlets Hospice, Hove is running a Challenge Seminar.

If you have always wanted to do something adventurous like cycling from London to Paris, trekking through the Sahara, or walk along the Great Wall of China, but don’t know how to go about doing it, then pop along to the seminar.

There will be a wide range of challenges you can consider taking on, and you will be informed on what is involved in taking on an adventure. You will hear about the trip leaders own adventures first hand and how you can help fund raise for the Martlets Hospice by taking part.

The seminar is free to go to and starts at 6:30pm at The Martlets Hospice, Wayfield Avenue
