Properties For Sale In Woodingdean

With around 10,000 local residents and approximately 3,600 homes, Woodingdean is a small village located just east of Brighton. It consists mainly of one and two storey semi-detached and detached housing. The majority of which were built between 1920 and 1950, with some further development between 1970 and 1980 (source: Brighton-hove.gov.uk).

The average price paid for a property in Woodingdean as of early July 2018 was £370,556 based on 84 recent sales – flats are valued at around £283,000 and a terraced houses at around £405,757.
